We hope you enjoy your Omayna jewellery. Each piece is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail.
If something is not quite right, you may return eligible products under the conditions described below.
This policy is provided in accordance with applicable European consumer protection legislation.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You may use the return form available on our website, but this is not mandatory.
Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in its original condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include all items delivered with the product.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
Items returned without prior return authorisation may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- customised or personalised jewellery
- products made to order according to the customer's specifications.
Because these products are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: contact@omayna.eu
Please include your order number to help us process your request more quickly.
We will provide instructions on how and where to send the returned item.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Refunds
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been returned.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photographs of the product
- photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Gift Boxes
Gift boxes may contain products manufactured by third parties (for example, scarves or candles).
If a return is requested, all items included in the gift box must be returned together in their original condition.
Some products may also include separate safety or care instructions provided by their manufacturers.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following the procedure described above and place a new order.
