This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the Omayna website are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

Omayna jewellery pieces are handmade.

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

For customised or made-to-order products, production time may take 5–10 working days, depending on the product and current workload.

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are delivered using courier services such as Speedy, DHL, or equivalent delivery providers.

Depending on the destination and available services, delivery options may include:

  • courier delivery to a home or business address
  • delivery to a courier office or pickup point
  • parcel locker delivery.

Available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Bulgaria
1–2 working days after dispatch.

European destinations
Approximately 3–7 working days depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs procedures, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination and shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered under the following conditions:

  • Bulgaria: free shipping for orders over €80
  • European destinations: free shipping for orders over €200

Free shipping thresholds may change from time to time and will always be displayed on the website before checkout.

International Orders

For orders delivered outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Norway, or Switzerland), additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.

The destination country determines these charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at:

We will assist you in contacting the courier and resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you:

  • photograph the package before opening it
  • photograph the product if damage is discovered
  • contact us as soon as possible.

This helps us resolve the issue with the courier service.
